Driftwood Artistic Director Jeremy Smith and Production, Tour and Front of House Manager, Dan Gallo illustrate the fine point of MegaHurtin'.

We’re back at it! Driftwood Theatre is once again competing in the Aviva Community Fund Competition and we need your votes: Once a day, every day from October 1 to October 15!

You may remember last year’s efforts during the Aviva Community Fund Competition, when we made it to the semi-final rounds in our efforts to replace the Bard’s Bus. This year, we’re competing in a smaller category (up to $50,000), but the need is no less important.

Driftwood is MegaHurtin’. Follow the link below to find out just what that means and to help give the Bard’s Bus Tour a different kind of boost!

Here’s how:

1. Visit the following link and vote (starting at noon today) for the project. You can vote up to 15 times for the project, so vote every day from October 1 to October 15. The Bard’s Bus Aviva Competition
2. Email everyone you know who is friendly to Driftwood, heck, email everyone you know, and encourage them to vote as well.
3. Tell your Facebook and Twitter friends about it.
4. Share Driftwood’s Facebook message about the competition.

The Aviva Community Fund Competition really comes down to maximum votes, so be sure to encourage people to vote once every day.

Ok. That’s all for now. Thanks in advance for spreading the word! Together, we can give the Bard’s Bus Tour a boost, and stop Driftwood from MegaHurtin’.
